Radiance Day Spa – Full Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility This membership programme is open to all clients of Radiance Day Spa who are at least 18 years old.

  2. Membership Benefits

    • One complimentary HydraFacial treatment during the month of your birthday.
    • 10% discount on all treatments and skincare products.*
    • £75 monthly credit which can be used towards any treatment or product in our clinic. *Note: VIP membership discounts do not apply on other promotions, treatments of the month, or special offers.

  3. Membership Fee There is a monthly membership fee which grants you the £75 credit as mentioned in section 2. This fee is non-refundable.

  4. Usage of Credits

    • All credits are retained as clinic credits and can only be utilised for treatments at Radiance Day Spa.
    • The credits do not have any cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
    • Members can purchase gift vouchers using their credit.
    • Credits are non-transferrable between clients or to any third parties.
    • Any unused credit remains in the member’s account for future use but will expire after 24 months of inactivity.

  5. Birthday HydraFacial Treatment

    • The complimentary HydraFacial treatment is available to members who have maintained their membership for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
    • If the VIP membership is cancelled within the 12 months prior to availing the HydraFacial treatment, the cost of the HydraFacial treatment will be charged to the client.

6. Cancellations If a member wishes to cancel their VIP membership, they must provide a written notice 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

7. Refunds in Exceptional Cases In certain exceptional circumstances, where a member can demonstrate genuine hardship, Radiance may offer a refund of up to £500. This will be at the owner’s discretion.

8. Personal Information and Marketing

  • Radiance is committed to protecting the personal data of its members in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • By becoming a VIP member, you consent to Radiance processing your data for the purpose of marketing and other VIP membership related activities.
  • Members have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

9. Your Obligations

  • Ensure all personal and payment information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inform Radiance of any changes to your personal and payment information.
  • Abide by all terms and conditions laid out in this agreement.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions Radiance reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or terminate the VIP Membership programme at any point in time. Members will be notified of any changes.

11. No Refunds Except as specified in section 7, all payments made towards the VIP Membership programme are non-refundable.

12. Limitations of Liability Radiance is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of treatments and skincare products by the member. Members are advised to seek professional advice before opting for any treatment.

13. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by UK Laws. Any disputes arising out of this membership will be settled in the jurisdiction of Radiance’s location.
